Re: PasswordSafe 3.39 pre-release for testers and translators

A couple of corrections:

1. Download link should be
https://sourceforge.net/projects/passwordsafe/files/PreReleases/3.39pre/
​2. I've just rebuilt the pre-release with support for Windows XP and
updated the uploaded files. Thanks to Fernando for pointing this out.
