PasswordSafe 3.13 pre-release version available for testing

Hi,

A new version of PasswordSafe is almost ready for final release. This
version has some minor  new features, as well as some bugfixes.

As a member of the users or developers mailing list, I'd appreciate your
help in making sure that this version is ready for formal release. If you
could take some time to download and try this version, that would be great!
