Hi David,

The dll in question was added in release 3.17:
pws_at.dll
It should be in the same directory as the pwsafe.exe executable.
The dll is installed automatically be the installer, and is in the zip file.
Hmm - could it be that you used the .msi file to upgrade? It seems that I
forgot to add the dll to that build :-(

In any case, you can download a new msi file with this fixed from
http://pwsafe.org/tmp/pwsafe-3.17.1.msi
or just the dll from
http://pwsafe.org/tmp/pws_at.dll

Thanks!

  Rony

Subject: [Passwordsafe-users] "Unable to load DLL"

I updated to 3.17 of Password Safe today, and I get the following
message on starting it:

Unable to load the necessary DLL to support Autotype during Launch of
a Browser or Run a command
Autotype for these functions is disabled.

Browse and Browse+AutoType seems to work whether or not my browser is
started, so I'm not sure what the message means.

What do I need to cure this?

I'm on WinXP SP3 with FF3 as default browser.

David
