Dave,

I click on the dll link in Rony's email and my default browser (Firefox)
then downloads it with no problem? It does have a problem with the msi link.
However, no problem with the msi link if I use Internet Explorer (7) (copy
link and paste into address bar).

'fraid neither of those are recognised as downloads - they just get 
binary gibberish in the browser, or if I use curl to download (the msi) 
it says it isn't a msi file when I try to run it.
