Problem to report and stumped on how to report it

I can't figure out how to post anything to the discussion forum or
open a new bug report. All I can see is how to see what's already
there.
In any case, the problem I wanted to report is that help for password
aliases doesn't cover the case when the base entry is not in a first
level group.
For example:
Group General
Sub-Group Software
Entry PWsafeBase
User Ordinary
Entry PWsafeAlias
User Extra
In this case, best guess from the help file is that the alias
reference in PWsafeAlias should be:
Password [General:Software:PWsafeBase:Ordinary]
by sneaky means (read dumb luck), I discovered that the correct syntax
should be:
Password [General.Software:PWsafeBase:Ordinary]
-- One must separate sub-groups from parents with a period (.) instead
of a colon (:).
Please add this to the help when time permits. I won't forget, but
others might not be as persistent as I was and might like to know how
to do this.
