Autotype, Alt keys and the German Keyboard

All,
	I'm trying to resolve a couple of bugs in the autotype code that relate
to how it handles not US/english keyboard.  Most particular German
keyboards.

I would like to get this fixed and tested but don't have access to a
German keyboard.

So if anybody with a German, or other countries, keyboard could help out
with a quick test.

I have enclosed a TEST, I repeat TEST, version of Password Safe which
will hopefully address these bugs.
