Changes in version 1.2.2-nr2:

Deprecated warning for the IDEA cipher has been removed.

Nullify  version  of  gpgkeys_ldap.exe  is  now  included  so  that the
incompatible version warning should be fixed.

Many source code changes:

The  build procedure better mirrors the unix procedure by creating four
static  libraries:  libcipher,  libmpi,  libutil,  and  libzlib.  These
libraries are then used to build the executables.

OpenLDAP 2.1.22 and Cyrus SASL 1.5.28 static libraries are now included
in  the  lib  directory.  Include files for OpenLDAP are in the include
directory.  This  allows  the building of gpgkeys_ldap without building
OpenLDAP first.

The IDEA cipher source code and project is now included.
