Patch to flawfinder...

Howdy,

I have created a patch to flawfinder by David Wheeler to allow for the
creation of external rulesets.  The patch, and documentation, can all
be found here:

I have included a new ruleset for PHP in the patch, and will hopefully
be adding other rulesets soon.  There is also a new man page on how to
create your own rulesets.
