I don't believe Peter was suggesting a solution at all; he was merely
pointing out that the OP wanted the semantics of "no-store", not "no-cache".

Unfortunately, as the Microsoft article referenced in the original post
clearly points out, IE6sp1 will not render PDF files that are served with
"no-store", either.
