Hello everyone, 1) Is there a "decent" place where one may specify default route for IPv6? I am doing this with a script of my own, but I wonder if there is any special file for this purpose (like /etc/defaultrouter for IPv4). Assumptions: no in.ndpd (no /etc/inet/ndpd.conf), no IPv6-enabled router on the LAN. I had a quick look at startup scripts and it seems that there is no such place, but maybe I am missing something. 2) Did anyone encounter this? Aug 4 11:07:52 mars rpcbind: [ID 489175 daemon.error] Unable to join IPv6 multicast group for rpc broadcast FF02::202 [.. unrelated stuff ..] Aug 4 11:08:11 mars ip: [ID 603775 kern.notice] ip_queue_to_ill_v6: no ill Aug 4 11:08:26 mars last message repeated 3 times Aug 4 11:08:41 mars /usr/dt/bin/ttsession[454]: [ID 161973 daemon.error] t_connect(): System error Aug 4 11:08:41 mars last message repeated 1 time It happens when I configure IPv6 over IPv4 tunnel (/etc/hostname6.ip.tun* file + reboot). The tunnel itself works quite well, but the side-effect is like above. ttsession fails and I cannot launch CDE which makes the system unusable from my point of view. IPv6 is enabled only on the tunnel interface. Ethernet interfaces are purely IPv4. 3) I would like to apply some filters for IPv6 traffic on the _host_ (like ipf for IPv4). What are my options? Any free solutions? Any stateful solutions? 4) Is there a better place to ask such questions? :) Cheers.
