Have you looked at UberJS? The uber Jump Start boot CD. http://clue.eng.iastate.edu/uberjs/ I haven't tested it, but I have been looking at it for a while for a possible rollout tool. The website hasn't been updated in about a year and a half, but it maybe functional for what you need.
