announcing ClamAV 0.74

Hi,

a new release of ClamAV is available for download.
Bugfixes in this version include crashes with multipart/mixed messages
and corrupted OLE2 and Zip files. Improvements include various
optimisations of mail scanning and clamav-milter and clamdscan
behaviour.
