ClamAV for Android - what does it take and who could do it?

What would it take to port ClamAV command line to Android
JB/KK/.. and who would be best to do this or elaborate what does it take and
possibly do it if I were to try?
Consequently, how could AVdatabase be customized to contain only possible
signature groups like macro viruses, if wanting to scan for some types of
windows viruses as well, etc,..?
