ClamAV devel-20140905 appears to have broken 'AddHeader Replace'

Hello,

Using:
  Linux kernel 3.16.2
  Postfix 2.11.1
  ClamAV 0.98.4, 0.98.5-beta1, devel-20140905

It seems that something changed between 0.98.5-beta1 and devel-20140905
in clamav-milter. Using the milter with Postfix, prior versions of the
milter successfully replaced (AddHeader Replace) headers in inbound and
outbound messages as so:
========================
X-Virus-Scanned: clamav-milter 0.98.4 at wolf
X-Virus-Status: Clean
========================
X-Virus-Scanned: clamav-milter 0.98.5-beta1 at wolf
X-Virus-Status: Clean
========================

However, with ClamAV devel-20140905 and the same configuration for both
ClamAV and Postfix, no headers appear and the following types of
messages appear in the clamav-milter log:

========================
Fri Sep  5 22:12:23 2014 -> WARNING: Failed to add X-Virus-Scanned header
Fri Sep  5 22:12:23 2014 -> WARNING: Failed to add X-Virus-Status header
========================

Messages are still being scanned. It just seems to be the header
rewrites that are failing.

The log messages themselves are coming from clamav-milter/clamfi.c but I
don't see anything different there between versions, so I thought I'd at
least pass along the info.
