ClamAV built from Source - Assertion failure.

Hi ,

I am new to this list , so, basically what i did is , i have downloaded
clamAV source code provided as a tar.gz package , i have used the VC
projects in Win32 folder and set up the environment correctly solving some
minor issues regarding openssl , some missing libraries but all is working
fine , now , i can built from source , but the problem is when i run any
executable either clamscan or freshclam:335 , i get "Assertion failure"
message , i tried to debug the code and i found that there is a problem
when free(fp) is called in the manager.cc file on any line that contains
free(pt) , once it is executed it throws that exception , i am not able to
run either tools due to this exception.


How can i solve this problem Thank you.
