same here Matus, this is simply BS what the user said.

We all try to help with all of our knowledge and experience, because that's why this mailing list exists, but if we don't get any answers, how can we help?
Right - it's impossible to help!

If the thread is too difficult or requires help from ClamAV, i.e. Micah, the user can certainly send an e-mail directly to Micah, as his @cisco.com e-mail address is always visible.
Can speak for me only, but if the free time exists, I get always answer from Micah!
I really don't understand this fuss!
