1.0.8: MaxFileSize and MaxScanSize

Dear fiends, What is the worst that can happen if you set the MaxFileSize and MaxScanSize (clamd.conf) to the current maximum? I have now set it to 2GB / 4GB (Clam 1.0.8) so that not too many files are rejected because they are larger than the standard / suggested maximum. The warning in the standard clamd.conf sounds really bad and is a bit scary.
