Ubuntu 24.04 / ClamAV 1.0.8/27582 - I cannot get it listening to port 127.0.0.1:3310

Hi dear list-members,

as described in the subject I am trying to get clamav 1.08 to listen on 
TCP port 3310 on Ubuntu 24.04. On one of my VPS I was able to get it to 
listen on port 3310 and use it as a virus scanner for Rspamd. On another 
VPS I am not able to do this. A dpkg-reconfigure of the package 
clamav-daemon does not bring the success here, if I then say that TCP 
should be used with port 3310.
Now I am at a loss and don't know what to do. Does anyone know anything?
