Help with ClamAV 1.0.7 on Ubuntu

Hello, I wanted to know if there is a way to upgrade max file size scanning for ClamAV 1.0.7, I have seen that there is a limit at 4GB using clamdscan and that when I changed the value of max file size inside /etc/clamav/clamd.conf, it automatically reverted to 4GB. So I just wanted to clarify if this is the full limit of ClamAV or of there is a way to avoid this resetting.
