Time taken to complete scan recently doubled

Hi

Starting July 25th we've seen the time taken to complete a scan of our
system double, jumping from 15 hours up to 34. We haven't changed the
system's configuration, and the number of files scanned and total size has
remained relatively constant.

The increase in scan time correlates with an update of the daily database
from version 27709 to 27710.

Jul 25 11:48:19 docker: clamscan: daily.cld updated (version: 27710, sigs:
2086672, f-level: 90, builder: raynman)

Is it possible that this new version of the daily database is causing our
increased scan time, and/or has anyone else seen a similar increase to
their scan duration recently?
