Anachrpnistic? Did you even read the note "Technical design limitations
prevent ClamAV from scanning files greater than 2 GB at this time." in
the sample config file?

I'd prefer to see you provide a design proposal instead of just stating
your displeasure with an already known limitation. Besides, I consider
scanning files this huge a rather atypical use case, given the resource
requirements.
