I think I used Google search to find it and it led me to the Sid page, and 
I didn't see anything suggesting that it was available for other releases. 
More of my newness to Debian.

I've since upgraded my Bookworm system to Trixie just so I can install 
fangfrisch. I then cooked up a simple config file (below) and initialized 
the sqlite DB. (BTW, the urlhaus size in the documentation exceeded the 
suggested max_size of 2MB so I boosted that.)

[DEFAULT]
db_url = sqlite:////var/lib/clamav/fangfrisch.sqlite

# The following settings are optional. Other sections inherit
# values from DEFAULT and may also overwrite values.

local_directory = /var/lib/clamav
max_size = 5MB
on_update_exec = clamdscan --reload
on_update_timeout = 42

[interserver]
enabled = yes

[urlhaus]
enabled = yes
max_size = 4MB
