FYI: Samba 2.2.x support to be dropped by next samba-vscan release

Folks,

I'm going to drop Samba 2.2.x support in the nex release, which
makes the code much cleaner (e.g. most of the #ifdefs will go
away).

If you have any objection(s), please rise your hands now. And please
give a good explanation why you can't upgrade to Samba 3.0.x, as the
2.2.x branch is discontinued by the Samba team.
