samba3-vscan 0.4.0 CVS snapshot1 ready for testing

samba3-vscan 0.4.0 CVS snapshot1 is available at (URL could be wrapped):

samba3-vscan is the successor of samba-vscan, as from now on Samba3 is
supported only. 

From the NOTES file
* removed support for Samba 2.2.x
* stream-lined vscan_open and vscan_close call for all modules
* skip scanning of files by regexp, contributed by Sven Strickroth

For more details, please see the ChangeLog file within the package.

This is _NOT_ production. But I would appreciate your feedback, of
course.
