We can FULL STOP here.

(1) samba-vscan has issues with samba versions > 3.0.25c...  There are
patches out there; however I've yet to see one that takes care of
everything.

(2) Other errors also suggest you don't have the sources for samba
installed.  Look for a BUILD/samba-x.x.x on your system in the rpm build
directory.  It needs to be complete.
