It is definetely that the type for Grp* has to be a SOPHOS_TYPE_OPTION_GROUP.

Same here. I also see them reported as "2".
However with that fix a lot of problems with reports of "corrupted
files" have gone away and setting specific options is now possible and
they work at least.
I have discovered another thing:
Some ZIP files were reported as being corrupt. However I could "unzip"
them without any problems and errors. There is an undocumented option
ZipUseChd
when set to "1" those problems went away. I'll try to get a newer
version of the SAVI manual and see if it is listed there. I'll also
have a look at the reports because of the value "2".
However this has to wait until tomorrow *yawn*
