Bugfixes in Sophie

I'm bit lost with all the emails that have been going through, in past few
days, so I'd just like to ask for help.

I am aware of following issues in Sophie, which need to be fixed:

- check for nanosleep (-lrt was hardcoded)
- else if (STRNCMP(option, "Grp", 3)) stype = SOPHOS_TYPE_OPTION_GROUP;
(in sophie_init.c)
- update SAVI configuration options to sophie.savi (sophie -c shows some
new options in latest SAVI releases)

Anything else that I have missed?
