Help for a newbie

Hello there.

I'm trying sophie for the first time, I'm experiencing problems detecting 
virus inside zip files attached for messages in the Queue of CGPro mail server.

I'm positive sure about that the zip file has a virus. The problem is that 
Sophie said (in fact Sophos said) there is no such virus. Maybe sophie (or 
sophos) doesn't know that it has to decompress the attachment.

What can I do?
