Sophie error

I just switched to Sophie, from using sweep, and after the first 1000 or so files scanned four errors popped up.

The following was returned to stdout each time:
FILE ERROR [Notification loop_classif_limit reached.] (-1 received)

This happened for one zip file (of an Excel sheet), and three Excel sheets.

All of these sheets are pretty large (2MB+)

When I run a "/usr/local/bin/sweep -archive -all -loopback -sc -eec -f" on the file, no viruses are found.

Its the latest version of Sophie, Sophos 3.79 from linux.intel.libc6.glibc.2.2.tar.Z, on RedHat 9.

Any ideas on what is causing this?
