Yes, We have a postfix email gateway with spam and virus scanning feeding an Exchange 2000 mail server, also with virus scanning. Some time ago we saw that quite a few virii were passing the sophie scan, but being caught by the Antigen scanner on the exchange server. As we are very low volume I added a command line scanner to amavisd-new (F-PROT) which improved things a bit. Most virus have been caught by sophie and f-prot, some by f-prot only, any that pass all this have been caught (hopefully) by Antigen (which runs kaspersky, norman, and ca as scanners).
