Sophie has a new home/maintainer

It's been a while since last update on Sophie status, so...

Sophie now has a new maintainer and a new homepage.

Person who was kind enough to take over Sophie is Richard Baldry.

I will also take down mailing list at some time in the near future, when
Richard sets up a new one. If Rich doesn't have resources, maybe someone
from the list might be able to host new mailing list for Sophie?

It's been great working on Sophie, but things change. I've lost interest
(not really using it personally) and other things got higher priorities.

Richard, thanks once again for your help.
