Looking through my logs I see that Sophie (v. 3.04rc2) has caught
several files with W32/Bagle-BK. Are the infected files compressed or
packed in some way? Maybe you haven't configured Sophie to scan inside
the relevant archive formats.

You might also want to check that Sophie logs the correct Sophos Engine
and IDE versions.
