sophie under Solaris doesn't work with Sophos ver. 3.92

I upgraded Sophos under Solaris to the most recent version (3.92) and sophie refuses to work with it. The daemon starts normally and the socket 'sophie' is created. However, the first attempt to scan mail deletes the socket.
