Problems to start trophie -d

Hello List,
I´m having problems to start trophie. When I do trophie -d the following
shows up:

ERROR: bind() failed in main()

it seems to me trophie is not able to create the socket. The permissions
an all directories, the libsav and the patterns are root:root. scanning
with trophie -f works well. Does anybody know about this error and how to
fix it?
