Sophie Error: "The main body of virus data is out of date"

I have sophie running as a daemontools daemon and I restarted it with a 'svc
-h /services/sophie' and ever since then I have received the error:

With every email it scans. This error never appeared in the logs prior to my
sending sophie a hup.

Searching this list the only info I found was to upgrade so I am now at
3.0.4 but still receive the errors.

At the end of this is the output of sophie -c

I am new to using sophie and I have inherited it so I'm not too up to speed
on it's setup and iner-workings.

Any suggestions for fixing these errors?
