Looks like you're right. I've just tried it on SuSE 9.3 (glibc 2.3.4)
and SuSE Enterprise 9 (glibc 2.3.3) and it seems fine. SuSE Enterprise 8
uses glibc 2.2.5. Time to get the rest of our mail gateways upgraded to
SuSE 9!
