This means linking the test program has failed.
Have a look at the config.log file, search for SAVIsweepFile
and check what kind of error came up when executing
the gcc -o conftest -g -O2 -Wall... command.
That should hint you.
Are you sure you're using the correct libc6 vs. libc6.glibc.2.2
distribution too?
