Removing JS/Agent.1366 infection source

Dear List, I have a situation where the JS/Agent.1366 javascript virus infects through a browser when a client web site is accessed via a google search result. When the client web site is access directly - via the browser address bar - the virus does not appear. Can anyone point to information on how to remove the source of this infection?
