Cisco VPN 3030 and Cisco VPN 4.02 Client problem

We have a Cisco VPN 30000 and Cisco VPN 4.02 Clients. It uses radius and securID authentication. Its not been used in anger yet but there is a problem that the VPN client window where you enter your SecurID details displays for half a second then closes, you don't get time to enter details. 1 attempt in 20 works, you enter you r details and are authenticated ok. When the window closes early the Client log shows 5 10:33:10.216 08/19/03 Sev=Warning/2 IKE/0xE3000099 Immature Navigation Termination due to error (Navigator:198) VPN 3000 log shows 6236 08/19/2003 11:14:23.590 SEV=5 IKE/194 RPT=464 81.130.2.136 Group [Pilot] Sending IKE Delete With Reason message: No Reason Provided.
