open source based IPSec products?

Dear all,

Hopefully this is no FAQ with which I bore you ;-) If yes, please forgive
me.

I am looking for information / product list about open source based IPSec
encryptors for high security requirements.

general requirements are:

* open source based crypto algorithms implementation and/or certified by
some authority of EU (eg like the BSI in germany)

* applicable in large environments: redundancy, appropriate tools for
central management and monitoring, maybe hardware acceleration for high
bandwidth links

* The company should be able to offer operations support for its boxes for a
global acting company

* desirable would be a european product
