Browsing Issues

I have a Cisco VPN 3000 Concentrator set up with version 4.0 client
installed on company laptops. The VPN works as it should except on certain
occasions where users are unable to view their Network drives and certain
objects in Network Neighborhood. All users are running at least Windows 2000
Professional. 

Any suggestions as to what might be causing this issue? Thanks for any help
in advance.
