Ask your administrator if you're using a shared secret or certificates
for securing the VPN. You'll need one or the other from the
administrator, just like a Windows Contivity user would.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking here. Are you looking for a remote
control solution so you can see your work desktop over the VPN? If so,
search Google for VNC, it works across multiple platforms.
