Fatpipe MP-VPN password recovery?

My boss picked up a couple of used MP-VPN boxes off EBay and while I have
the username/password to log into the OS, I don't have the MP-VPN
Administrator password, and yes I tried the default.  FatPipe wants me to
buy a service contract before they will assist me in recovering the admin
password.  I really don't want to spend the money just to recover the
password...does anyone on this list know how to recover the admin password
on a FatPipe MP-VPN?
