I've set up several and had no problems. I've since replaced the head office NETGEAR with SNAPGEAR due to the small number of tunnels available on the FVS318 Which firmware are you using? Do you have static public IP addressing at both ends, given by your ISP? Have you set both private IP address ranges correctly (ie 192.168.1.0 and 192.168.2.0)?
