Connection terminated by peer: unknown error at peer

I was wondering if someone could give me some pointers to help troubleshoot
this problem. I have a 3000 concentrator with the 4.0 rel-k9 client
installed on each PC. I have several users connecting through the VPN
without a problem but I have two users in the same location, connecting
through a Linksys router, who are being disconnected frequently at the same
time each day. There isn't too much configuration to the Linksys, so I can't
imagie a problem there. The error they are getting is: Secure VPN connection
terminated by peer; reason: unknown error at peer.

My next step will be searching for a firmware upgrade to the Linksys. Any
other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
