vpn over nat through isa 2000 server

Hi,

 My name is Christy and i would like to know about ISA  server configuration for enabling Cisco IPSec client.

I have a ISA server configured as proxy server and  firewall for our network. The problem is one of our user want to  connect other entirely different network ( which is  located in a remote site)  using IPSec VPN client  software through my ISA server configuration but he can  able to access through without ISA server and i have  enabled the port for UDP 4500,500,10000 in ISA server as per the documentation but nothing is happening.. If you have any idea please help me.
