Clark Connect to Cisco 1751 Cisco Secure Router

Has anybody ever worked on a Clark Connect FW device terminating a VPN/
IPSec tunnel to it from a 1751 Cisco Secure Router/VPN device? Having
trouble trying to get them to acknowledge each other.
