email alert on tunnel negotiation

I'd like to send out an email each time a tunnel is brought up even if
it comes up successfully.  I'm running a cisco vpn concentrator 3005,
i've fooled around with the event list but i'd like to know exactly
what event im supposed to use.

if someone could either let me know how to do it or point me in the
direction of a url with a list of all the different event codes it'd
be appreciated.
