Netscreen 5XP / Netscreen Remote / Linksys WRK54G

I can't seem to get past a problem connecting to my office VPN. Office VPN has a Netscreen 5XP, and we use the Netscreen Remote clients. When at home (where I am having trouble) I am behind a Linksys WRK54G wireless router. When connecting, Netscreen Remote tells me I have successfully connected, I can ping my office servers, I can even browse a level into a network share. However, when I try to connect to Terminal Services or VNC, I just get a black screen and nothing comes up. 
 
Any ideas?
