How to set an isalmp key

Hi All,
When configure a VPN tunnel on a Cisco router, how to select a pre-share
key. 

Crypto isakmp key xxxvpn address 11.22.33.44

I saw some keys just use company name plus vpn like the one above.

Please advice.
